We are thrilled to have the Auckland City Mission - Te Tāpui Atawhai join us as this year’s Aotearoa NZ Anaesthesia ASM Official Charity Partner.
Auckland City Mission – Te Tāpui Atawhai is honoured to be the charity of choice for the Aotearoa NZ Anaethesia ASM 2024. Your support is so much more than simply a gift of funds. Through your generosity, the Mission will provide boxes of food to people in greatest need across Tāmaki Makaurau – Auckland, helping them to be well nourished, to attend school and work, and enjoy good health.
Last year the Mission provided over 45,000 boxes of food to people across the region. 78% of those people needed the Mission’s help just once or twice in the year when they could not afford food that week due to a high power bill, a car repair, a medical event, extra school costs or another additional expense. How we will be supporting the Auckland City Mission during the meeting:
- Providing a monetary donation to Auckland City Mission in lieu of speaker gifts
- Donating all overflow food from the event through our on-site caterer
- Promoting Auckland City Mission through the ASM’s QR Quest
- Welcoming the Auckland City Mission to our Industry Exhibition space
